We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage. You know what, in my country, in my family, I do believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman, no offense to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised and I believe that it should be between a man and a woman.”Absolutely appalled, Hilton (whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira) took to his famed blog, www.perezhilton.com stating that Ms. Prejean was a “dumb bi***” and that her awful, alienating answer was the worst in Miss USA history. He went on to add that she went about the situation incorrectly and should have given a more thought out response that could portray her views in a less offensive light. Hilton also said that it was this mistake that had cost her the crown. More scandals followed, including a few partially nude pictures questioning the values of the self proclaimed Christian model, and a series of leaked text messages that portrayed Prejean as both pushy and ungrateful.
